Dialer Configuration:
A. On your desktop, double click on "My Computer" icon. 
B. Inside "My Computer" window, double click on "Dial-Up Networking" icon. 
C. Double click on "Make New Connection" icon, and type in "Frequency". This will be the name of your connection. 
D. Follow the procedure and supply any of the ff. dialup numbers:
*308-8888* *309-1000* *410-7777* 
E. Right click the newly created "Frequency" icon, then select "Properties". 
F. In the "general" tab, uncheck the box "Use Area Code and Dialing Properties". 
G. Select the "Server Type" tab, check only "Enable Software Compression" and "TCP/IP". 
H. Select "TCP/IP Setting", then choose the ff. options:
- "Server Assigned IP Address"
- "Server Assigned Name Server Address" 
I. Right click "Frequency" icon then click "Create Shortcut". 
J. Close Dial-Up Networking Window.
